Milk stout with lactose sugar. Cocoa nibs and bourbon vanilla beans make this beer creamy and chocolaty. Midnight Wheat for a non-bitter black color and flaked oats for a full body. We wanted a stout, so why not a milk stout? Because we can … so we did.

SMOKED RED™

Roasted malts yield nutty flavors mixed with dark fruit from dark caramel malts. A responsible amount of cherry wood smoked malt lends hints of forest and campfire that blend well with the subtle spice of Perle hops. Not being fans of extremely smoked beers, we wanted to bring some balance to the style.

LAKE BEAST is our take on a New England-style IPA. It features prominent notes of grapefruit and mixed berries with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. No bittering hops are used to brew LAKE BEAST, making it extremely refreshing and crushable, perfect for your next trip to the lake. Dive in … if you dare.

Nothing says summer in Okoboji like the taste of our RASPBERRY SHANDY — a combination of 50% wheat ale and 50% homemade raspberry lemonade! This beer was an instant hit when we first introduced it in the tasting room and it remains one of our most highly anticipated releases each year.

BAHIA™

The beautiful bays of Okoboji meet incredible flavor from south of the border! Brewed with Motueka hops for an exciting fruit aroma with refreshing notes of tropical fruit and citrus, this clean, crisp and flavorful Mexican-style lager is the perfect accompaniment to a lakeshore fiesta!

INFINITE BLACK IPA™

Black in appearance. Abundant aromas and flavors of melon, grapefruit, fresh-baked bread, caramel, earthy spices and a boatload of roasted malt. INFINITE BLACK gets much of its profile from the use of midnight wheat — which is a featured ingredient of our award-winning chocolate stout.

When we first brewed this mind-bending blonde ale with cocoa, vanilla beans and fresh roasted coffee for our FIFTH BIRTHDAY, we knew we had one tasty beverage in our hands. Breakfast? Dessert? Delicious!

Crazy balanced. Not crazy hoppy. Glacier hops with some Horizon thrown in for a bit of bitterness. 2-Row and Caramel 80L malt. Golden color with a white head. Melon and candied fruit aromatics with pineapple and melon flavors.

Double IPA with a unique aroma from Cascade, Summit and Ahtanum hops. The high ABV is blended well with notes of melon, berries and citrus, all balanced with a strong malt backbone. The yeast leaves subtle notes of strawberry aromatics to boost the fruity berry flavors.

Copper color, creamy white head. Biscuit aromas from kilned malts and a hint of caramel. Slight hop aroma from a late kettle addition of Mt. Hood hops. A balanced, drinkable Marzen-style lager.

Dark copper in color, medium body, low carbonation, featuring the rich notes of toasted bread, chocolate and caramel found in traditional German “double” bocks. First introduced at our WESTOFEST Oktoberfest Celebration in 2021, this beer has become an annual favorite.
