Why is it yours? Well, we don’t document how much of the beer we drink, but it’s safe to say that the majority of the beer we make is for you. We also find great pleasure in watching people enjoy what we work so hard to produce day after day. Here’s what we have to offer. It’s (mostly) all yours, so enjoy it!

BEER STYLES

CocO Stout™

(year-round) – on tap and in cans

2014 AND 2015 GOLD MEDAL WINNER, GREAT AMERICAN BEER FEST®2016 CHAMPION DES MOINES REGISTER “BEER BRACKETS”

Milk stout with lactose sugar. Cocoa nibs and bourbon vanilla beans make this beer creamy and chocolaty. Midnight Wheat for a non-bitter black color and flaked oats for a full body. We wanted a stout, so why not a milk stout? Because we can … so we did.
6.0% ABV, 24 IBU

Smoked Red Ale™

(year-round) – on tap and in cans

Roasted malts yield nutty flavors mixed with dark fruit from dark caramel malts. A responsible amount of cherry wood smoked malt lends hints of forest and campfire that blend well with the subtle spice of Perle hops. Not being fans of extremely smoked beers, we wanted to bring some balance to the style.
6.5% ABV, 20 IBU

Pilsner Lager™

(year-round) – on tap and in cans

Traditional as far as malt goes, giving a honey, cracker character but with American Sterling and German Saphir hops that lend notes of pine and lemon. Lager yeast aids in creating a smooth refreshing beer.
5.6% ABV, 23 IBU

West O CocO Stout™

ROTATING STYLES

SOAK’D Pale Ale™

(rotating) – on tap and in cans, March-Aug

A crisp and light American-style Pale Ale with pineapple. Strong tropical notes from the late addition of El Dorado hops make this beer perfect for soaking up the sun on the beach, boat, or on the trail. Enjoy!
5% ABV, 25 IBU

Shandy™

(rotating) – on tap and in cans, March-Aug

Light, sweet and refreshing. A traditional shandy made with 50% wheat ale and 50% homemade lemonade. The thirst-quenchingest beer designed specifically for the beaches, boats and barbecues of West Okoboji.
4.5% ABV, 14 IBU

West Ofest™

(rotating) – on tap and in cans, Aug-Oct

Copper color, creamy white head. Biscuit aromas from kilned malts and a hint of caramel. Slight hop aroma from a late kettle addition of Mt. Hood hops. A balanced, drinkable Marzen-style lager.
5% ABV, 25 IBU

Honey Blossom Saison™

(rotating) – on tap and in cans, Apr-Jul

Light and refreshing, hints of green tea and honey, with a tiny bit of banana and clove. Brewed with 2 pounds of honey per barrel plus elder flowers. Perfect for summer.
4.5% ABV, 14 IBU

10 Foot 10 Double India Pale Ale™

(270° Series seasonal) – on tap and bottles in premium four-packs, Dec-Mar

Double IPA with a strong unique aroma from Cascade, Summit, and Ahtanum hops. The high ABV is blended well with notes of melon, berries, and citrus all balanced with a strong malt backbone. The yeast leaves small notes of strawberry aromatics to boost the fruity berry flavors.

10.10% ABV, 95 IBU

West O Punk’d Pie Belgian Dubbel Pumpkin Spiced Ale

(270° Series seasonal) – on tap and bottles in premium four-packs, Sept-Nov

A combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove, ginger, and a bit of vanilla create a pumpkin pie flavor. Literally as big as its name.
7.5% ABV, 20 IBU

West O Holy L Session India Pale Lager™

(seasonal) – on tap and in bottles, Apr-Aug.

Classic Cascade and Centennial hops in what could easily have been a pale ale. We lowered the alcohol, bumped up the bitterness, dry hopped, and fermented with lager yeast. All to create a unique session IPL. We call it obsessionable.
4.5% ABV, 35 IBU

West O Infinite Black India Pale Ale™

(seasonal) – on tap and in bottles, Jan-Mar

Black color, creamy white head a fresh aroma of melon, orange, lemon, and pine from the unique combination of Mt. Hood, Saphir, and (mostly) CITRA hops. Smooth malt backbone with subtle hints of caramel and roast.
7% ABV, 65 IBU
