Milk stout with lactose sugar. Cocoa nibs and bourbon vanilla beans make this beer creamy and chocolaty. Midnight Wheat for a non-bitter black color and flaked oats for a full body. We wanted a stout, so why not a milk stout? Because we can … so we did.

Roasted malts yield nutty flavors mixed with dark fruit from dark caramel malts. A responsible amount of cherry wood smoked malt lends hints of forest and campfire that blend well with the subtle spice of Perle hops. Not being fans of extremely smoked beers, we wanted to bring some balance to the style.

LAKE BEAST™

LAKE BEAST is our take on a New England-style IPA. It features prominent notes of grapefruit and mixed berries with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. No bittering hops are used to brew LAKE BEAST, making it extremely refreshing and crushable, perfect for your next trip to the lake. Dive in … if you dare.

INFINITE BLACK IPA™

Black in appearance. Abundant aromas and flavors of melon, grapefruit, fresh-baked bread, caramel, earthy spices and a boatload of roasted malt. INFINITE BLACK gets much of its profile from the use of midnight wheat — which is a featured ingredient of our award-winning chocolate stout.

DOUBLE SHOT BLONDE™

When we first brewed this mind-bending blonde ale with cocoa, vanilla beans and fresh roasted coffee for our FIFTH BIRTHDAY, we knew we had one tasty beverage in our hands. Once reserved for special occasions, you can now expect a release of DOUBLE SHOT BLONDE every January.

COLD PRESS COCO™

We love beer. We love chocolate. And we love coffee. So we took our award-winning chocolate milk stout and gave it a heaping helping of fresh-roasted coffee and vanilla beans. Have it for breakfast. Have it for dessert. We aren’t here to judge. We just know you’ll love it too.

Double IPA with a unique aroma from Cascade, Summit and Ahtanum hops. The high ABV is blended well with notes of melon, berries and citrus, all balanced with a strong malt backbone. The yeast leaves subtle notes of strawberry aromatics to boost the fruity berry flavors.

RASPBERRY SHANDY™

Nothing says summer in Okoboji like the taste of our RASPBERRY SHANDY — a combination of 50% wheat ale and 50% homemade raspberry lemonade! This beer was an instant hit when we first introduced it in the tasting room and it remains one of our most highly anticipated releases each year.

SOAK’D™
(April-July) – on tap and in cans
After releasing a small batch of a pineapple-infused IPA, we were quickly overwhelmed with requests to brew it again. Instead, we decided to do one better. We created a sessionable pale ale, highlighted by the addition of pineapple, perfectly made for days spent soaking in the summer sun.

BLUE CANOE™

BLUE CANOE is an American Wheat Ale brewed with 2-Row Malt, White Wheat, Honey Malt, Cascade and Amarillo hops, designed with our beautiful blue water lakes in mind. A portion of sales of this beer will help support Keep Okoboji Blue’s mission — “Keeping a clean water vision for future generations!”

TIPSY HOUSE™

TIPSY HOUSE is a tasty West Coast-style IPA brewed to celebrate the history of the legendary Tipsy House at Arnolds Park Amusement Park, and to support its restoration and preservation! This delicious IPA features aromas and flavors of pine and citrus with a pleasant bitterness and a semi-dry finish that demands another sip.

BAHIA™
(May-August) – on tap and in cans
The beautiful blue water bays of Okoboji meet incredible flavor from south of the border! Brewed with Motueka hops for an exciting fruit aroma with refreshing notes of tropical fruit and citrus, this clean, crisp and flavorful Mexican-style lager is the perfect accompaniment to a lakeshore fiesta!

HOLY L™

Cold IPAs are all the rage. A decade ago, we were on the hunt for the perfect summertime beverage for hopheads. The result was HOLY L — an India Pale Lager that perfectly showcased delicious hop flavor without the heft of a typical IPA. We’re not saying we invented the style. We’re just saying we did it before the cool kids caught on.

DOPPEL BOCK™

Dark copper in color, medium body, low carbonation, featuring the rich notes of toasted bread, chocolate and caramel found in traditional German “double” bocks. First introduced at our WESTOFEST Oktoberfest Celebration in 2021, this beer has become an annual favorite.

Copper color, creamy white head. Biscuit aromas from kilned malts and a hint of caramel. Slight hop aroma from a late kettle addition of Mt. Hood hops. A balanced, drinkable Marzen-style lager. An annual release to celebrate Oktoberfest or — as we call it — WESTOFEST!

PUNK’D PIE is a Belgian-style Dubbel with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove, ginger and a bit of vanilla, which lend pumpkin pie-esque aromas and flavors perfect for all of your fall adventures — or just lounging on the couch after a Thanksgiving feast.

Crazy balanced. Not crazy hoppy. Glacier hops with some Horizon thrown in for a bit of bitterness. 2-Row and Caramel 80L malt. Golden color with a white head. Melon and candied fruit aromatics with pineapple and melon flavors.
